Above: Next-gen might be coming sooner than you think

Hey, hey, hey. The release date of Nintendo’s brand new home console has been released and confirmed by the company. If all goes well, the Wii U will be slated to come to the US on November 18 this year and the UK on November 30.

As far as models go, there will be a 32GB Premium/Deluxe black console and a more basic, 8GB no-frills white version.

Nintendo is projecting the machine to retail at US$349 and US$299 for the black and white console respectively.

What about goodies and bundles? Sure, they’re coming as well. And since we love them just as much as you do, here’s the breakdown:

  • Wii U Console
  • Wii U Controller (otherwise known as the GamePad)
  • Wii U Stylus
  • Adapters for the Wii U (Includes HDMI)
  • A free copy of Nintendoland
  • Wii U GamePad Stand

      No, I’m going to wait and see if it’s worth my money. I still have to wait to buy the PS Vita and Persona 4 Golden after all.
