It was recently announced that voice actress and singer Aya Hirano will be performing at this years 2012, June 27-29, Otakon convention located in Baltimore. Her last performance in America was at the 2007 AnimeExpo convention in California.

Aya Hirano from Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese voice actress and J-POP singer who has had roles in several anime, such as Haruhi Suzumiya, Lucky Star, Fairy Tail, and more, visual novels, and television commercials in Japan. She was contracted to Space Craft Produce, a branch of the Space Craft Group, for her voice acting career. She was signed under Lantis for her singing career. However, she left both Space Craft and Lantis in 2011, then moved to the voice acting agency Grick in August 2011.
