Now, I’ve been scattering around online in search for the anime character that is being cosplayed in this set of photos. I believe I’ll just jot it down as an “Original Character”, where a cosplayer decides to cosplay their own creation, until someone gives me a ping and tells me who Kipi could be cosplaying as.
