The girls of the Korean cosplay group are shown above in nurse uniforms, ready to care for special patients. The cosplay is derived from the second anime film from the Macross Frontier series, Macross Frontier The Movie: The Wings of Goodbye.

Macross Frontier the Movie: The Wings of Goodbye is based on the Macross Frontier television series, and it serves as a sequel to the 2009 film, which includes a new story and new music. The anime film was released on February 26, 2011. Prior to that, Namco Bandai Games released a Blu-ray and DVD edition of the movie on October 20, 2011.
