Crazy moe fans of the Anime series, Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko 「電波女と青春男」, will be in for a surprise all thanks to a tweet from the series director, Miyamoto Yukihiro. According to the tweet, director Miyamoto Yukihiro has confirmed a second season coming, however second season of Denpa Onna was suggested that it will take some time to air soon.
Also, great news for April season series, Hidan no Aria 「緋弾のアリア」, fans will rejoice at an opportunity of a second season also! The director of the series has left us a tweet asking fans to purchase the DVD/BD of the series, hoping to fund enough money for another season of Hidan no Aria. Fans of the series responded with a rather vulgar approach saying that it was a “disrespectful move” for the director of the series to say such a heartless request to the fans. As expected of the series, they are hoping that the DVD/BD would make them enough money for another production. If you are a fan of the series, Hidan no Aria, tell us. What’s your buy on this?

hearing this about Hidan no Aria is depressing, i’ve really gotten into the novels, and the anime so far has been really cool… it’s a given that fans will [should] show their support, so why are they worrying about how well it’ll sell?
Denpa Onna S.2 being greenlit is awesome, so far these two shows have been my favorites of the year…
Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka? have a second season.

I was a fan of Denpa Onna and Hidan no Aria when they aired. A second season for both shows is good news too me.
I would by it if it was released in the states but it is a very good show. I think it would be great if the went to England for part of it.

The director should make a second season of ‘Hidan no Aria’ since the story plot is not clear and fans need to learn more about the characters. Especially Kinji and Aria’s relationship.
I really loved this anime. I really want a second season but I kinda want to see a relationship development between Kinji and Reki because she was one of my favorite characters, even with such little screen time of her.

Why would asking for money be disrespectful? It’s common sense. Making an anime requires money, point blank. If they need more money to fund a second season of Hidan no Aria, then they need more money. What’s wrong with that? Where do you think they get the money for things like this, do they just pull it out of their ass or something? I don’t think so. They need fans to buy merchandise!
I, for one, think that a lot more could come from the anime and hope to see another season, so if I can manage to get my hands on enough money, I’ll be buying some Hidan no Aria goods to show my support. :) The DVD is only about $20.00! It’s not that expensive!
All the people who claim that them asking for money is a disrespectful act need to take a step back and look at things from a more rational perspective. If you want another season, you’re going to have to chip in a little money to get it. That’s all there is to it. They don’t do this stuff for free, you know – they have families to feed, rent to pay, all that good stuff. Stop being dumbasses, seriously.
On the other hand, if you’re really that against buying merchandise to show your support for a second season (and to show your support for the first season, for that matter), then don’t. If you’re happy going about your days without seeing the production of a season two, then good for you. You don’t need to buy anything.
